About these terms

These terms apply when you browse this website or send SinoEV an enquiry. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security or other visitors.

Information, estimates and availability

Vehicle descriptions, images, specifications, availability, prices, exchange-rate conversions, duties, taxes, delivery times and destination requirements are provided for initial assessment. They may change and should not be treated as a binding quotation, guarantee or confirmation that a particular vehicle can be imported or registered in your destination.

Before any commitment, SinoEV confirms the specific vehicle, condition, commercial terms and proposed destination route in separate written documents. Those documents, and any later customer agreement, take priority over general website information.

Your enquiries

You are responsible for making sure the details you submit are accurate and that you have permission to provide them. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a vehicle and does not create a purchase, agency, transport or registration agreement.

Intellectual property

The SinoEV name, site design, original copy and original media are owned by or licensed to SinoEV. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal evaluation, but you may not republish, commercially exploit or systematically collect site content without written permission. Vehicle and manufacturer marks belong to their respective owners.

External services and links

The site may link to or embed services operated by third parties. Their availability, content and privacy practices are controlled by those providers. A link does not mean SinoEV endorses every item on the external service.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access or that every error will be corrected immediately. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, responsibility arising from a vehicle or service is governed by the written agreement for that transaction rather than this informational website.
